Safety & Privacy
Meeting someone new should feel spontaneous, not careless. Koufonisia Meet is designed to give you control over who sees your profile, when a conversation opens and when an online introduction becomes an in-person meeting.
No precise live location
Meet may use general areas such as Pori, Italida, Fanos, Ammos or Chora, but it is not designed to publish a live GPS dot showing exactly where a person is.
Interest stays discreet
If you express interest in someone, they do not need to be notified before the interest becomes mutual. This reduces public rejection and unnecessary pressure.
Private conversations
Chat opens after a mutual match. Personal messages are not public content and are not intended to appear in search engine results.
You decide when to meet
A suggestion for coffee, the beach, drinks, food, sunset or a walk is never an automatic appointment. The final decision always belongs to the people involved.
Hide, block and report
Meet includes controls to hide profiles from your Discover view, block users and report behaviour that may violate the community rules.
Temporary active presence
A profile’s active presence lasts 30 days and then becomes inactive. The profile itself does not need to be deleted and can be reactivated on a future visit.
For in-person meetings: choose a public place at first, tell someone you trust where you will be, and leave at any time if something makes you uncomfortable.
You stay in control
Meet helps create the introduction. It does not decide for you who to meet, where or when.
